Reservation was easy with knowledgeable staff providing guidance as to our needs. Check-in was quick and simple. Pickup was also quick and simple even though it was a very busy weekend (graduation parties). Setup guidance and instructions were more than adequate for a person that’s never setup a canopy before. (Photo attached, I could do much better and quicker (50 mins with four people) if I did it again. Drop off was also a great experience. I will rent from A1 again!

Took a Stihl weed cutter for a long overdue tune up, etc.
The man at the counter, I suspect was the owner, very helpful and made some suggestions. Left us with a good feeling when we were leaving that the work will be complete in a timely manner.

Picked up a manual sod kicker on a Friday night for a week long rental. Realized on Saturday it was dull after not being able to cut more than a few inches.After busting out a shovel, which worked much better, I was too tired to return the thing until Sunday at 11 am. The woman at the counter seemed to be having a bad day and didn't care that it was dull. She told someone it needed to be sharpened, demanded my credit card and promptly charged me 42 dollars for the weekend rental rate, never once apologizing or offering to reduce the charge, or thanking me for my business. I will gladly drive elsewhere.
