We used Molly Maids for a deep cleaning of our home prior to putting it up for sale. We had team 11 (Monica & Celina) and they were the absolute best! They showed up on time and did the best job - our house looked brand new! They were incredibly thorough, very kind, and worked so hard.

Overall

Cons:
- I don't like how they said 'eeww' and started laughing when they entered the kitchen.
-I don't like how they put furniture pads on the wall. I don't know why they did that.
- I wish they would have said hi or greeted me instead of walking right passed me.
- some stuff was misplaced and possibly thrown away not meant to be, like shampoos, etc.
- the bathtub was clogged after.

Pros:
- my house was very dirty and it's a lot cleaner now.

Overall, I think I'll go with a different company next time

As Advertised:
Our MOVE IN cleaning service is customized for your needs and budget, so you pick what you need, including:
Vacuum and sweep all floors
Wipe down baseboards
Scrub shower and bathtub
Scrub toilets
Clean sinks and countertops
Clean kitchen appliances
Dust everything

But here’s reality:
My client bought a home and hired myself and other professionals for upgrades to electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring refinished and more. Lastly they needed a cleaning crew.

I personally prepared the home for a final cleaning by, for example, moving the old fridge to the corner of a room so it could be picked up… moving other new items yet to be installed (like new closet doors) into closets out of the way and not to be cleaned. I cleared out all the big messes left by crews.

When the cleaning crew arrived they saw a door I had yet to move out of a bathroom (which I did). They saw what you can see in these photos and LEFT because the home had some items in it that they were not asked to move… just clean around.

But they LEFT and stranded my client two days before their open house party.

Why did they abandon my client? Winter weather was forecasted that day and they wanted to go home? It was the Friday before Christmas and they wanted to go home? But, their excuse was that the home was not prepared for them to clean? Did I hear that right?

Look at the photos and other than one room tell me why they couldn’t clean that day!
