Had Brad come out and work on our AC unit that kept tripping the breaker. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their trip charge is $120, which may be more than advertised by competitors, but AQS made it feel low pressure to spend any more money than necessary to get the unit fixed where competitors may not. That is what you get with a family run business. I am considering getting rid of my other services that do annual maintenance to work with them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the west metro area.

Brad and Matthew came to my house to install some more venting into a 1947 home. Brad found a way to install the venting without ruining any of the dry wall. In the basement they went through masonry block and an existing covered ceiling to install a vent in the middle of the room. Then they added a vent in a bedroom on the main level. They somehow drilled through the floor within one inch of the spot they planned on. These guys are the best.

AQS recently replaced our defunct central air for a little over 1/2 the cost of other companies bids. They were reliable, honest (no smoke and mirrors) and they did a great job.
