Overall

Mike Sublett and his crew were amazing! ? Mike is the owner and he takes his job and customer service seriously. He provided a very competitive quote for a three car garage, front porch stoop, inside furnace/storage room and an additional basement storage area. Work was done when and as promised and we could not be happier. The change is remarkable!

Overall

Not happy with floor outcome; rust spots coming through and for a quick fix of $300 each, they will repair. It is not uncommon for this to happen, I am told. Was going to be properly cleaned to see if that would work in May, didn't happen. Poor communication! Not impressed for $6400, would not recommend anyone doing this. For 3500 more, I could have had new concrete. I have pictures that show the issue; not pretty!

I love my floor when it was first put on and with a good warranty. But it has been only 4 years and I have two areas where the product is starting to split. I was afraid of water getting underneath the covering and making it worse. So I called this company to have them repair this area and was blown off saying it was a garage cement floor issue without even coming to look at it. I did send pictures hoping to have this problem resolved. But to no avail. I would not recommend this company just because of not backing their warranty and not having someone come out to talk to me. Not good company policy if that's how they handle a situation.

I chose Great Garage Floors because they asked questions, talked to me about the options and gave me a detailed quote with the price, guarantee and the process timeline. The crew was great. They were detail oriented, fast and worked well together. They also cleaned up thoroughly as they worked. Love how the floor looks now!

Overall

I had a garage floor done in my shop about 3 years ago. It's basically bullet proof. I can't see any wear at all. I got them back to do a small patio behind my shop and the garage attached to the house. They both turned out exceptionally nice. I guess there are other options out there but from what I've seen from friends that have gotten other systems, mine is the nicest and most long wearing. The guys work non-stop when they start and clean up pretty well before they leave. Thanks Ron and Mike!
