You never want to have to buy a new air-conditioning unit but I can't recommend Dean's, and specifically Casey, more. I actually actively avoid sales people in every facet of my life, but Casey approached the whole transaction with professionalism, expertise and compassion. He clearly cared about what our family needed and listened to what our financial situation was to help us make good decision. He was responsive to all our questions and things moved really quickly.
Our install also went perfectly, shout out to Nolan who did it.
Overall it was a great experience. God, I hope that I don't need to get an AC or a Furnace anytime soon, but I know I'll be in good hands with Dean's.

Nate C, Nate B, and Brad were amazing. They replaced our water heater and fixed two gas leaks when they initially came to redo a toilet! They were efficient and quick and got things up and running quick! Would very highly recommend, we will be calling Deans for all our needs in the future!

Jeff and Andy took care of our AC unit issues. Again wonderfully handled, quick and efficient! They got us back to cool fast.

We had Dean's out to replace our water heater which also heats our in floor heat as well and we couldn't be any happier with their service!! From the lady that took my call..I think her name was Kristy or Kristina, sorry I can't remember it but she was a amazing! Next was Alan who came out and went over several options with us. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us find the solution that fit our needs best! Next was Brian and Kong that came out to do the installation. They were also the best of the best! They did a great job with the install and their clean up. Brian took the time after the install to go over all the new fancy stuff and explain how everything works. My favorite part of dealing with all of these people was just how nice and personable they were!! They made this process as smooth and comfortable as it possibly can be. Thank you all so much!!

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and level of service that Deans, specifically Aaron D., provided. He was very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop throughout the entire fix of the the leaking water lines I had. Fantastic service again from Dean‘s. I found a plumbing leak this morning and Dean’s made it happened to get out same day to fix the issue. Brian Brown did an amazing job of walking me through my options and helping me understand next steps. He was kind, courteous and very professional. He quickly gave me an estimate of work that needed to be completed, once I approved it, he was on the job. Extremely fast and the job was done with amazingly high-quality. Bryan was fantastic and I highly recommend working with him and Dean’s. It’s nice to know that I can get a quality estimate and work completed by individuals like Brian working for a great organization.

I wanted to praise the techs and services provided in our office last Friday. We have used Deans for many service needs throughout the year and have always been pleased with their professionalism and communication. Jake and Nate were out on Friday. They were helpful and answered all questions I had regarding the installation process. They stayed outside their regular scheduled hours to ensure the project was completed and everything worked. Both were informative, responsive, and professional.

It's rare that customers take the time to communicate what is going right in day-to-day operations. They both deserve acknowledgment for a job well done.

Based on our consistently positive experiences, we are confident in our decision to continue relying on Deans for all our future service needs.

Had Luke and David install a new furnace an air conditioner in my home. Came on time, rolled mats out so didn't bring any dirt in the house. Explained how to operate the new system. Left the work area clean. Would definitely recommend Luke and David for a hvac install.

Brad and his partner from Dean’s plumbing were at my house within an hour of my choosing to purchase a new water heater and water softener. Talk about punctual, polite and helpful. Besides installing it, removing my old ones and leaving my space spotless, they took the time to advise me of how to care for my new appliances and shared the future services I can get through Deans. Trevor (and Bryn) were both amazing installing our new boiler system. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful in finding the solution that best fit us, and precise in their execution of the work. Although pricing was a bit above where I was quoted elsewhere, the thoroughness along with the quality and service promise that comes with Dean's made the decision easy.
