Overall

The technician William did a great job explaining everything. From what he did today, to what will need to be done in the near future. Very friendly and polite. A-1 seems a little pricey, but I would recommend them for their good service.

Jose & his partner came out and installed my garage doors Friday 8/9. Absolutely ? ? perfect ? crew & work! Love the doors, love the company- I would highly recommend to anyone for service and new doors!

Overall

We had the best experience with Myles and Jeon today. Our garage door openers and doors are 1996 and 2003. No new battery in our old opener was going to fix this problem. We went days before calling A1 Garage Door Service today. They came out same day, assessed the issues vs issue and educated us. Their service excellence was above and beyond. They further educated us on the doors, the springs, the steel cables and the level of rust that exists on both doors that has spread to these other parts. As we were already on borrowed time given the age, we invested in new doors as well. Last thing we need is a cable to break during winter in Minnesota... So we await our new doors! This was a superb experience.

Also, our sincere thanks to Doug Miller for finalizing a package for our new garage doors that we can manage. Again the experience was positive and we are most appreciative.

Doug was incredible on the phone sharing the options for garage door packages while imposing different options for me to choose. And Jordan was top notch fixing my broken garage door while we wait for the new ones. He even offered coffee and donuts while he was on the way. A+ Service!

Overall

I called Monday afternoon needing an urgent repair because we were going out of town Wednesday. They Had an emergency service offering where they came out at night. The two guys got to my house at 10 PM and worked until 1 AM to replace the rollers, springs, track wire, and a whole new motor. Very satisfied with their service.
