Overall

They seemed promising, but it was a real letdown. Due to an over abundance of caution about Covid-19, the consultation was done virtually on Zoom; they didn’t seem to get a good idea of what the job was. I wanted told them to prioritize mopping the floors and general dusting and countertop cleaning. They completely neglected that, opting to focus on scrubbing out the tub and kitchen sink which weren’t particularly dirty (I’d specifically told them to not worry about the tub). They did a good job of cleaning out the fridge freezer interiors, which was requested extra work and was an expected extra charge. All in all I’m out $500+ and mop shopping.

Overall

I have so many positive things to say about this company. They do a thorough job and are respectful in my home. They are very good at keeping up the communication between the employees and between the company and customer. My house looks SO good after a cleaning. They are respectful and kind to my pets. They treat their employees well and me, the customer well.

Overall

We were absolutely thrilled with our first cleaning job! Taylor and her cleaning partner took so much stress off of our shoulders by cleaning so thoroughly. We have a 17 month old and feel overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning there is to do on a daily basis. Having Happy Earth Cleaning come once a month to give our house some extra love takes so much of the burden away. My spouse and I take home about $70,000 in pay a year, and we found this service to fit our budget.
