Very good experience! Extremely friendly, affordable and got rid of our persistent algae! Plus they came out next day which was greatly appreciated but certainly not expected. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Guys were really helpful. Went out of their way on the weekend to come find out the issue with my pool heater. Ordered new one and had it installed within 2/3 days. Pool water was still good after 4/5 days of not running pump. Highly recommend.

Came to my house. Told me trip fee was $250. Okay cool. Didn’t know anything about my pool equipment. Recommended I backwash non stop to fix my return issue. Was there a total of 5 minutes. Said the recommendation, then immediately demanded payment.

Told me he is willing to help by text for free without coming to incur the charge fee since I complained he didn’t do much.

I paid it. But my pool is still not working! I even text him to tell this and got 0 response.

He did replace my gauge which was nice. But my pool isn’t working. Before he responds with there’s a leak in my water heater. That has been fixed, my returns still don’t work. And I’m out $250.

Mo is a hard working guy. He knew I needed the heater replaced sooner than later. He said Monday which was only 3 days later. I begged him to come sooner. He called Saturday and said I can come early for you. He worked all day in the heat. Then it was all set up. We realized pump was bad.(not part of the order)He came back Sunday and instead of trying to upsell me he realized it wasn't the pump it was the leaking pipes from before causing issues. He ran to the store got the parts and took care of it for me. Sunday was a horrible haze day and mothers day and he still worked all day. If he isn't the owner then they are really lucky to have this guy running the business. He answered every call and email at all hours. He accidentally left a box behind with some pvc pipes and he came back Monday and hauled it away. To me it's about do people do a good job and always work to make things right and that's Mo. I would hope he gets paid really well he deserves it. His logo says Pool Service hero and he truly is one. Thanks boss for your time and energy and being a man of your word. To the bad review guy? Wow. Sounds like he came and did a ton of work for super cheap based on the price the customer talks about in the review . Then said only paid him 550. ? Poor guy pay the man . Can't please everyone. I will be recommending him to my neighbors for automatic pool cover and any service. Thanks again Mo

I would never recommend him, I made an appointment to reconnect the pipes in my above ground pool and put in the chemicals, he told me on the phone that it would be $300 for everything and I agreed, the day of the appointment he arrived and started doing everything poorly attitude said the price would go up to $550 (because he needs to do extra work), I told him okay maybe he was right, then he removed the cover from my pool causing all that dirty water to enter the pool and make the water clean turned green as it is in the photos, later I had to call him because my wife told me that he was doing everything wrong, unfortunately I was working and my wife was at home, I called him asking what is going on there and he said that everything is ok ,it was $550 to reconnect the pipes in (1 hour) that I don't care about whoever charges for his work, but connecting everything backwards. He sells chemicals for cleaning the pool and he tried to sell me some over the phone. I asked him about the price and he said that according to him it was a good deal, $940 including the chemicals, I told him no, my wife is going to pay him $550. for having connected everything and then he left, when I got home 1 hour after he left I realized that everything was installed incorrectly, I had to disconnect everything again and put it back in the correct way since they had connections that were leaking water, he never gave us a receipt for his work and much less he did the job well, then I called him and told him that he has to return to install well for what I paid Him and he hung up on the call. Then he called me later and tried to offer me a discount for the next service and I told him no, this guy needs to learn what he does well that's why I give him a 0 rating and I hope people don't hire him and if they do make sure he does things right before paying him because he stole my money ($550), you can see in the pics how he left everything and of course I'm going to file a lawsuit for not doing his job well
