Overall

The absolute WORST experience you could ever have. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE IT IS A SCAM. You will pay $400 and they will not even mop your floors or wipe down common surfaces. I was not contacted to do a walk through after the service and when my husband went to check out the space he called back due to improper cleaning. They did come back but did NOT get the cleaning to the stand that they say they hold themselves to. There was dust everywhere, hair all over the bathroom still, the floors weren't event mopped (upstairs and downstairs), the window sills were still dirty, the baseboard will still dusty. When I called back to have them fix the cleaning the owner was so rude, saying there is nothing she can do even though they didn't complete the job to the level they say they will. HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE OWNER. I honestly don't even know what we paid for. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I get regular cleanings and the girls that clean my home consistently do a great job. They are on time, friendly and thorough. Since I moved I had a hard time finding a cleaning company that was up to my standards and I'm glad to say my search is finally over.

Overall

Absolutely awful cleaning service. The cleaner spent 6 hours on one bedroom, a bathroom, and wiping out empty cabinets. Nothing started out particularly dirty (just normal wear and tear). She very clearly did not wipe out the cabinets- I found crumbs and dust in them. She put a air freshener upside down on my marble counter top causing a large stain. My shower door was broken and would not close after she attempted to clean it. What pushed me over the edge was when I went to floss my teeth and felt a burning sensation. The cleaner got cleaning fluid all over my floss! I did not want them to come back. They charged me almost $400 for this terrible service and refused to even refund the tip. The customer service is awful and the actual cleaning is 10x worse.
