Had an excellent experience with Prominent right from the start when their field representative Andrew assessed the roof for hail damage. He followed through with my insurance company even providing additional photos and information when they initially hesitated with approval. Devin visited to review the project and materials, with Charlie coordinated material delivery and is scheduling. They worked around my schedule and this springs’ inclement weather. I was concerned about rain on the scheduled date, but I awoke to a crew of 12 tearing off the old and reroofing. I was expecting a dawn to dusk job based on multiple neighbors experience. They were perfectly picked up and gone by 2 PM beating any weather risk; no dumpster left behind and a small pallet of excess materials gone in a day. I appreciate that Andrew has continued to follow up to answer any questions. I’m always a wee bit skeptical when dealing with contractors and crews, but Prominent has far exceeded my expectations. They’ve got their act together!

Absolutely the best on communication and the actual job! We contracted with Prominent after our roof sustained hail damage. They worked entirely with my insurance and I didn't have to. Their workers were good at their jobs, timely, always polite and cleaned up the worksite well. From the minute Austin greeted me at my front door to the absolute professional and efficient working crew that arrived the morning it has been nothing less than a completely stellar and outstanding experience wow!
