Great value for a great service! I got estimates from other business at a much higher cost.. The low fee we paid here included initial visit (setting baits, plugging access holes), follow-up visit (effectiveness assessment, clean up) and a 90 day guarantee. Matt came to exterminate bees that took up residence in our siding. He was very professional. I also asked if he could find the hole where a mouse got in and he located it and plugged it within 5 minutes. He was very pleasant and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. I would highly recommend this company.

Friendly, knowledgeable and quick! They took care of a bee problem for my elderly parents. So nice to find a local company! Would 100% call them again!

A company that has a real life person answer the phone, AND doesn't try to sell you services you don't need. This is my first time using your service and I would definitley recommend you in the future. Your technician Matt just left and I am so impressed. He was on time, educated us on our ant problem, was very professional, courteous, and funny! Good job!

Today I called and spoke with Mike. I'm having an issue with Mice and I really want to avoid the high costs of hiring someone and we've already put a lot of money and effort into doing the job ourselves. However I had some questions I needed answered by a professional. He was very friendly and open and was happy to talk to me at length about my situation. He explained things very clearly for me, gave me tips and advice. And never did he even suggest that I need to hire him in order to get the help I was looking for. His amazing customer service alone would definitely make me want to hire him if we can't get the job done on our own. I really appreciate when I can make a phone call to a business and they are willing to share their wealth of knowledge without the pressure of trying to make a sale. Thanks Mike! If our efforts aren't successful we'll be giving you a call!

Erik Larson is excellent. I left a message, got a call five minutes later (he was on the line with another customer), and he's arranged for someone to come out tomorrow. Reasonable price. Lots of free advice by answering questions I had. It's fairly rare to find excellent customer service like this - fast, reliable, professional, reasonably priced.
