Matt came to exterminate bees that took up residence in our siding. He was very professional. I also asked if he could find the hole where a mouse got in and he located it and plugged it within 5 minutes. He was very pleasant and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. I would highly recommend this company.

Today I called and spoke with Mike. I'm having an issue with Mice and I really want to avoid the high costs of hiring someone and we've already put a lot of money and effort into doing the job ourselves. However I had some questions I needed answered by a professional. He was very friendly and open and was happy to talk to me at length about my situation. He explained things very clearly for me, gave me tips and advice. And never did he even suggest that I need to hire him in order to get the help I was looking for. His amazing customer service alone would definitely make me want to hire him if we can't get the job done on our own. Erik Larson is excellent. I left a message, got a call five minutes later (he was on the line with another customer), and he's arranged for someone to come out tomorrow. Reasonable price.
