Overall

Got fired after 9 months through text message and didn't get told why just that replacement cleaner was wanted. Could care less about employees. Don't waste your time working for this company. Also lied on me when filed unemployment saying misconduct, and that was a complete lie on my character which I didn't appreciate. That's why it still was approved. God don't like ugly ????.

Came in two times for an interview !!! Have alot of floor care experience.But BECAUSE the company never told me THAT they wanted someone to travel oit of state.And live in hotels.Very unprofessional Company.No wounder this company hires Illegals!!! Glad I foumd out aboit this bad company who dont ..offer benefits.Nothing but greedy.Its your company Doug!Just ask Marc when he told me that he wanted someone to work long Hours and WORK in Wisconsin.Thats out of State Duh !!!

Wish I could rate these people less than one star. Cold called me at work on my cell phone. I live in a townhouse and have no use for their services, something they could have known if they'd simply googled my address before calling and interrupting my day. When I tried to explain this to the person on the other end of the line, they hung up on me.

I'm also on the do not call list and never should have been called in the first place. If a company can't even do their marketing in a respectable manor by checking the do not call list to make sure they aren't calling people illegally, it would cause me to have serious questions about their work. I have never done business with this company and after this experience I never will.

They say you only get one chance to make a good first impression. The first impression they made with me is that this company is extremely shady and their employees have no class. If you're considering using them I highly recommend you look for a more reputable company than these guys. They don't deserve your money.

UPDATE: These people started calling me again, when I told them I am on the do not call list and stop calling me they called me right back and started arguing with me about the do not call list. I just had their number pop up for the 4th time in two days. I've filed a complaint with the FTC about these people.

An extremely questionable company, avoid them at all cost.

UPDATE 2: Do not contact anyone at best storm leads about this, as soon as a person does this then they can call you without fear of the do not call list because you contacted them. Don't fall for that scam

Takes care of all my cleaning needs! Not to mention any waxing or other specialty services to keep my building looking it's best. Staff is always friendly, fast and efficient with there work. Attention to detail and consistency are just a few of the things that stand out and what make them the best cleaning service around!
