Amazing group! I had made a mistake on my order and after the first truck was delivered, we realized my error. I called Gustafson and she immediately changed my order to the correct rock for the other 2 loads before delivery (I believe one truck had already been loaded and was set for delivery).
The office staff and the driver were very understanding and polite. My mistake was taken care of without any delay. Driver was a very nice guy and did an amazing job spreading the last 2 loads. Can’t say enough great things about the employees at Gustafson! We will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you for your understanding and incredibly quick resolution to my error!! Many Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On Sat June 15th, who was driving the work vehicle shown in the attached photos was driving about 85mph and tailing multiple vehicles while passing incredibly unsafely...during a rain storm. If these are the safety precautions they take on the road, I am not sure I would trust them working on my property =/

Reply to Gustafston Excavating reply: Yikes! - unfortunately your attempts at deflection do not hold any logical water. Yes indeed, I was in the fast lane, but this was due to your vehicle passing on my right, only to immediately cut me off. Not to fear though, I had plenty of time to ready a photo as I had been tailgated for several minutes at that point ;)
And yes, I have many reviews - thanks! I am willing to bet you would also lash out and try to discredit such a post from someone who had only 1 review and was posting from a burner account? Feel free to peek at my reviews and you will see the large majority are 4 and 5 stars, which most would only see as supporting evidence that I don't willy-nilly leave poor reviews. I truly do mean it when I feel that companies who can't drive safely on the road despite 40K+ annual deaths on the road in recent years likely lack the safety skills I would require if working on my home. I would also surmise there is a correlation between a company who responds in such an unprofessional manner to a g-review and one who disregards any concerns of their customers as well.
I truly do hope you/your employees drive safer on our roadways. I wish you well as we are all in this together.
