We have used Bat Free Batproofing on a couple occasions. We initially hired them to provide Bat Removal/Mitgation Services, after discovering that we had some bats taking up living space in our attic for many, many years, even before we had purchased the house. Batproofing came out and installed appropriate mitigation efforts so once fall came, our bat friends left our house and were not able to return.

After engaging with Bat removal/mitigation services, we realized we were in dire need of attic restoration services. The insulation had been destroyed - it was saturated and smelled awful, which was carrying into our home. We reached out to Bat Free Batproofing again and they were able to clean up the disgusting insulation, provide disinfectant in the most saturated areas and then replace with fresh and clean insulation. I cannot articulate how well this process went, how coordinated everything was and how amazing our house feels and most importantly, does not smell at all.

This is such a specialized service and Dennis is so helpful and genuine. I would highly recommend using Bat Free Batproofing for any bat-related issues.

After a few bat encounters in our home, I was sleeping with a tennis racquet beside my bed and living in fear before Dennis came. It kept me awake at night. Dennis was on time, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and he clearly knew what he was doing. It’s hard work, and he had to haul his equipment quite far to where we live. Given that, his services may not be (nor should they be) “cheap,” but it’s quality work, and I’d pay it again just to live comfortably. We haven’t seen a bat since Dennis came, and we have no evidence of them. Thank goodness, and good riddance!

I had no idea I had bats until water damage required sheetrock to be removed in the garage ceiling. To say I was horrified was an understatement. I researched several companies and decided upon Dennis. He was not the cheapest but the fact that he was extremely knowledgeable, he'd been in business for years, he answered every question I had (and there were many), and, he was more than willing to provide references . . All of those reasons were why I chose him and I do not regret my decision!
The references he provided made my decision easy. They all had unique experiences and all were more than happy with his work. The jobs were done anywhere from 2 weeks ago to several years ago. It was such a learning experience to speak to people who also wanted to be bat free instead of simply ignoring the situation, which some people recommended!
Again, I highly recommend Dennis. I also plan to have him back this fall to clean and disinfect the contaminated areas.

I contacted Dennis after finding the second bat in my home in under three years. I read reviews of several potential Batproofing services and contacted five of them. Dennis was one of three who responded, and he responded very quickly. He came out within a couple of days and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was straightforward and I didn't feel like I was getting a sales pitch at all like I had with others. He gave me an accurate quote and completed the work as soon as he was able.
