We are very happy with our new roof. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, protected our plants and yard decorations, and cleaned up. Not a trace they were here except for our beautiful roof.

I recently hired this company to repair a leak involving my garage roof. The owner of the company personally inspected the roof and gave me an estimate on the spot, which I accepted. Two workers were there a few days later and not only made the necessary repairs but also gave a complete explanation (that included photos) of what they did. I was completed satisfied with their work - and thankful. A worker from a different company inspected the issue several months ago but never followed through. I highly recommend THIS company!

The company owner, Kane Kline, is a really kind person and so helpful, patient and, of course, really good at this work. My house had some things that had been done Hodge-podge by previous owners. Kane discovered them and fixed these things rather than just "slapping on a new roof". I know that this company stands behind their work. The crew was considerate and efficient but also very careful to do thorough cleanup. They were also thoughtful about protecting the plants/flowers/shrubs I have under the roof-line. Kane was awesome in working with the insurance company as well so it all went smoothly. I'd hire this company again (but I won't need to!) and I highly recommend them.

Kane did an outstanding job on my roof project from start to finish! It began with him going well above and beyond to meet with the insurance adjuster on the Saturday before Christmas and make sure all damage was taken into account. He was always available throughout the process whenever I had questions. The actual install of the new roof and gutters/downspouts went very well and turned out great. They did a very thorough clean-up after they were finished, the best I have ever seen any contractor do after a major job! I highly recommend Gary Kline Roofing, you won’t be disapointed!

Jeremiah was always on time, responsive to text, and often answered his phone directly. He was very low-pressure sales, yet offered to do the most extra at no extra charge - such as converting the roof vents to ridge vents, and venting where there was no vent previously. The crew was on time, courteous, professional, quick, and very good at constantly cleaning up. My antenna was put back exactly in place - without the need to reposition it. I feel it is important to support locally, and with Gary Kline Roofing, I believe that we got the best job done for the best price. We highly recommend them!

Worked with Jeremiah at Gary Kline Roofing for our complete roof repair due to hail damage and the experience was far superior over any other roofing company I’ve dealt with in the Rochester area

Working with Jeremiah and Gary Kline, communication back and forth was seamless and effortless even many months prior to the roof being repaired. Jeremiah was responsive when asked questions and even returning phone calls, he represented the company well by calling back and providing information as soon as possible!

The crew, on the day of repair, as great! I was in and out of the house a few times. They stopped working to let me clear the area, they had covered all the landscaping with cloths or tarps, just a super job. They had 6-7 people working the job as well and all seemed to work in rhythm together nicely! They had the roof completely off in 2 hours and were working to out new product on shortly thereafter. The whole project was done no later than 1:30 that day (started at 8 am).

Clean up was great! No debris or nails in the yard!
