Overall

In June I had $2,500 of work done by this company. They asked to pick up dock float in a few days. I said of course. Now 6 months later and at least 6 calls requesting them to retrieve the float it’s still there. I will not use this company again since they won’t follow up with this simple commitment and I have no means of disposing of it myself.

Charged $3900 for one days labor by the Dam dock company to have a lift moved.

The Dam dock company was unable to correctly install the lift causing it to fail and has not respond to contacts for over a month. We will use every opportunity to resolve this dispute.
