We use the Farmer family to take care of all our pool needs. Our pool is ANCIENT and they have worked with us to keep it open and running successfully for over 20 years. They are attentive and responsive, and oh so knowledgeable! You may have to wait in line, but for high quality service with a personal touch, they are your only choice!

Installation went well, but when they came for maintenance, they drained the tub without turning off the power and with the heating unit still working it got very hot and melted some of the insulation on the front side. Now everytime it rains the cover holds water, which is not cool. I told them about it and just kind of got, "it's not a big deal". Well it is to me, I think I paid $200 for the cover. Not really a complaint, I appreciate that they supply you with some chemicals to start, but it's not everything you're going to need. Also, they should at least give you an idea on how to set up the filtering. Before I figured it out, I had crud or scale and sometimes murky water that could've saved me the cost of unnecessary chemicals and draining and refilling the tub.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Scheduled a liner installation six months in advance and when the time came for them to show up, they had no records of scheduling us. Took several calls and complaints for them to tell me that it would cost $5000 for a replacement which was $4200 higher than the original quote. So basically they were telling me to stop bugging them. Horrible communication and will never recommend this company.

Farmers installed our pool and we couldn’t be happier with it. There were some issues initially - the liner leaked - but they took care of it and have been very good to deal with. I would recommend them to our friends.

Asked for quotes on 2 specific inground pools. After almost 1 month received one quote by email, after I had called and asked for an update. Quote did not include the features we had asked for. Obviously no effort put into the process on their part. Very disappointing. Will have to look at other service providers.
They did resend appropriate estimates after I emailed them and they apologized for error.

UPDate to my post from a year ago about Farmers Pool and Spa. I originally was upset with Farmers Pool and Spa for various reasons. Partly my fault and partly theirs. But, we ended up working everything out and I purchased a brand new Hot Spring Spa from them. They installed the spa February 2017 and it has been a joy. I would highly recommend Kevin and the Farmers Pool and Spa dealership for any of your pool and spa needs. They did an excellent and professional job installing the spa and we couldn't be happier. Hot Spring spas are top quality and if you are thinking of getting a hot tub, look no further than Farmers Pool & Spa!

Farmers were great about selling and installing our spa. But be very careful about calling for information over the phone. We've called with questions about water chemistry, and had the store staff reading things off bottles to try and figure out our problems. Also confusing one chemical for another. Talk to the owner and you'll get the correct answer. Anyone else and...?

I received lackluster customer service on August 25, 2016. I was trying to replace the filter in my hot tub that I purchased from Farmers. The person I spoke with was clueless with regard to my filter number and replacement request. Kept trying to tell me that they couldn't find my filter number in my account. I repeated my filter type, name and number to this person at least three times. Finally I said I'll go buy it somewhere else.

This totally surprised me with the great service and satisfaction that I received when I purchased the hot tub fro Farmers
