My washer broke. I was able to set up an appointment quickly with Andy's and they came when they said they would. They got the parts quickly and the repair was done in a timely fashion. The cost was covered under warranty. I'm very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

We had to reschedule our original appointment due to a timing conflict and Andy's was very cooperative and helpful.
On the day of our new appointment, our tech called to let us know he was on his way. He then showed on time, as promised and had our issued resolved in minutes. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, polite and very helpful.

I have a crazy big refrigerator, and I was very worried when it started having problems. Andy's had no trouble finding the problem, fixing it and in just an hour or so. Always on time, very respectful of my home. This is our third experience with their team and am so grateful to have them in Lincoln.

Our repairman was excellent. He explained everything in great detail and also showed me how the belt had disintegrated and why. He was professional and courteous. Cost was a $400.00 but it should last for another couple of years.

Had a great experience with our technician. He provided lots of possible sources of our dishwasher problem but ultimately pinpointed the issues to a poor install by our kitchen remodel contractor. It was nice to have the report to forward to the remodel contractor. Proved we didn't make any of it up. As an added bonus, the tech ran a cleaner through our dishwasher before he left.

Great experience with Andy's Appliance Repair. They do not give you a huge timeframe like we will be there between 8am and 5pm. They have a great tracking system to let you know where you are in their day. Super friendly technicians who showed me and explained the issues to me so I did not feel like they were just trying to sell me something I did not need. Will recommend them to anyone I know in need of repairs!

Absolutely pleased! They scheduled a time convenient for me, and called to offer an earlier one that came up, which I took. My tech was on time, very pleasant, and had a fix in less than 15 minutes, no return trip necessary. Thanks again!

I really appreciated the technician that came out to my house, he was very polite and knowledgeable. I had him back 3 times, No fault of his. 1st time he couldn’t test because my water pressure didn’t get adjusted high enough from previous plumbing work the month before. 2nd time he couldn’t test due to we realized the valve to the hot water was calcified and cable wasn’t open all the way. 3rd time was finally able to test the dishwasher only to discover the motor was going out. Unfortunately the cost to replace the motor was not worth to me on a 10 year old dishwasher. I appreciated his patience and guidance and advice on brands of dishwashers. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone!

Consultative trip exposed the ice machine auger was burned up. Tech ordered new auger and replacement ice door as our ice tray would continuously freeze up. Instead of remedying the actual problem, we spent $400 to replace a burned up auger motor and ice door. The second trip- the wrong part was ordered, so we had to schedule a third trip. On the third trip the parts were installed, the icemaker turned back on and two days later, no ice cubes - another solid mass. So I noticed the ice tray was dripping water during fill. Ordered a new ice maker assembly and installed myself in 15 mins. It’s safe to say that the auger motor was likely shorted as it was getting wet. So long story but I’ll fix it myself next time. The tech was efficient and on time. I was able to easily track his progress on previous job and he called when he was 15 mins out.
