This company is extremely slow and inefficient. I had measuring done for a vanity top and when they told me it would be 12 weeks or more for the product, I said I wanted to think about it. When I called back a few weeks later, they had purged all the information from the system resulting in a new measurement having to be completed. They told me a Kohler sink was in stock, but then found out it wasn’t, and it would take a couple of months. Another company found the sink at Ferguson and it was shipped the same day! They floundered around with a Cambria kitchen counter top for months. I found the same countertop at another company and literally had it templated and installed beautifully within two weeks. They don’t seem to handle questions well, nor go the extra mile to get things done n a timely manner.

Had a very poor disappointing service from

Bought a house that they had done work in. I am new to the areas and wanted to get some changes and add some Kitchen and Bath Design work to the house. I figured I would contact them and that would make things easy.
Wrong!!!! Wasted weeks of my time and then said oh just try custom, I guess they have to many customers? Very disappointed and would not recommend using DKB Designer Kitchens & Baths :-(

Jeff was very helpful and answered all the questions I came up with. He was very patient and knows what he's talking about and his products. 100% satisfied with our first encounter with DKB.

Redoing our bathrooms and it was so easy working with Amanda @ the CoMo location. She answered all our questions, addressed concerns and got our invoice all set to go in a very timely manner. So far we are very happy. Thanks Amanda! We will be back to work with you on our kitchen remodel.

Made a personal visit to DKB. Had a question about hardwood/laminate floor installation. No one would provide me with an answer. This from a professional remodeling contractor! Go figure. Very poor customer service. This when 4 or 5 employees were just sitting around, without customers, doing nothing.

I ordered a dishwasher from a chain store, and when it arrived it was damaged. They said I would not be able to get a replacement for two months. I happened to stop by DKB/Plumb Supply in Moberly, Missouri, to see if they sold appliances. Rob Ditto ordered the same dishwasher I had ordered from the other store, and it was delivered to my house in two weeks. It was also less expensive! Rob knew of my problem with the damaged dishwasher, so they unboxed the dishwasher when it arrived at their store to make sure it was perfect. When it was delivered to my home, the gentleman offered to open the box again, so I could see it was fine. I appreciate their care in delivering quality merchandise and working to insure customer satisfaction. I will contacting them in the future when I need any merchandise that they sell. I encourage others to do the same.

Not happy. Ordered a vanity and vanity top back in November. Never heard anything. Finally had to call in early January. Lady said she would have our salesperson call us. Never heard from them. Called back. Promise to get it delivered. Never heard back. Called back and got a lot of excuses of being busy. Covid locked everything done. On 6/22, I called again. Made arrangements For delivery on 6/23 in the afternoon. Got a call today (6/23) from delivery ppl. Pretty much it was going to be delivered at their convenience and screw my convenience. Demanded my garage passcode or hidden key location. Threat to leave it on my front porch. Nothing noted on the order form from our salesperson about what we agreed upon for delivery yesterday. So now I will have a vanity and vanity top sitting on my front porch because I was inconvenient to the company.

My husband and I needed updates to our 20+ year old home. Billie Stewart at DKB sure made this process run smoothly and all the work was completed and looks amazing. Billie truly was able to understand our vision. He made the selection of things so easy. He is so knowledgeable about everything. Everyone who worked with Billie was professional, excellent in their field and very nice. I miss this group as we developed a friendship.
