We rented a machine and was going to be late returning it so the guy there not only called me and threatened to call the police on me he also stated that he wanted the machine back and didn't want any of my money so I brought the machine back and he charged the customer $500 when it only cost $400 to rent for not only did he rob us he's a liar and a thief

I scheduled to order a scissor lift a week prior to my project. Came time to order "Saturday of Memorial weekend" and was told they were too slammed to have the lift delivered. I spoke to the Manager Billy and he went out of his way to make sure him and his driver Henry would be able to have the lift delivered. Henry is staying late on memorial weekend to make sure he satisfies his customer. This is A1 Quality customer service!!!, now I can continue to my project as scheduled. Thank you to Billy and the driver Henry at A1 Rentals you have gone above and beyond for this customer unlike any other rental business in town. Thank you so much!

Their customer is top notch! I was there today to rent a piece of equipment. I needed something bigger for the project at hand then what I had initially rented. I Returned to the store, they guided me to a lager piece of equipment that handled the job well. All employees were eager to help. I will be a returning customer!

To whom it may concern,

My name is Mike Davis a local resident new to the city of Columbia. I recently last minute needed to rent a couple items on a busy Saturday and was worried that A-1 would be empty of trailers and other items.
They have a huge lot of various sizes of trailer’s aluminum and steel to choose from. I’m writing this bc of the service that I received from A1. Manager Billy went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer! I was a little late in returning trailer and you wouldn’t have known that by the way Billy handled the situation. Also long time employee Mcckeyne was extremely helpful in going over my options and expectations as a new customer renting heavy equipment. Also I can’t remember their names but both yard guys who hooked up trailer patiently explained to me how to handle the trailer on the road and safety tips to drive safely. A1 made me feel like a member of a club, a club that cares about me, cares about the name A1. This service is becoming more and more rare these days. Thanks to all the fellas at A1 rental in Columbia Mo. Made my day and I look forward to do business again in the future!

Overall

Good service and fair prices. Pick up and drop off were easier than I expected. Had a small issue with the tiller I rented. I called and the guy walked me through how to fix it, and they restarted my time since I had been trying to handle it myself. I really appreciated that.
