This was such a great experience. I loved the product selection and working with Sarah was so easy! She was incredibly accommodating, very knowledgeable about the products and process, and always available to answer questions! Kory did an incredible job on the installation. He was an excellent problem solver and walked us through the entire process. Great communication all around! The finished job is amazing. It looks like a whole new house!

We had an awesome experience with Carpet One from beginning to end! Sonya was our Sales and Design Consultant and was great to work with. She came to our house to measure and then based on what we told her we would like had choices for us when we met her at the store. Of course my husband and I had different picks but we went with his and it is beautiful ❤️. The crew Sonya sent to lay the carpet were great- very professional and pleasant to work with! We had a bedroom and living room done and they were in and out in about 4-5 hours and that included moving our large pieces of furniture. Thanks again Carpet One for a great job!!!!

We recently started a minor kitchen remodel, (counter tops and backsplash). With the counter tops installed we had an idea of what we wanted and Boo was able to guide us the rest of the way. His honesty is what really sold us. We did a bit of shopping around and ended up going back to Carpet One because we didn’t feel that “welcoming” experience anywhere else.
