It was after 7pm and my central air wasn’t working right it said almost 80* I’m an elderly person with COPD and struggle in the summer breathing as it is. I took a chance not knowing if they’d be open but hoped there was someone on call so I didn’t have to wait till the next day. Thank God Taylor was the man . He called me back and asked me to give him a few mins. and he’d head right over. He knew right off what the problem was by the sound it was making and within 30/45 mins. my unit was running and blowing out cold air. Thank you all for your serve. ??

Our hot water heater died early on a Sunday... Accurate had someone out on Tues! Tammy, the Office Administrator, took our plight seriously and adjusted one of the technician's schedules so we wouldn't have to wait. Talk about service! Jesse, the tech, was great - polite, respectful, and kept the area clean, including protecting our carpet when removing the old and bringing in the new. The text message updates were great - including a photo of what Jesse looked like, so we would know! Billing was timely and the portal made it easy to pay (and less than I budgeted!). Thanks, Accurate!!

Jim came out to work on my heat same day as call even when he was about to be finished for the day AND had been out in negative degree weather all day. He was so pleasant and thoughtful to have around and made every effort to make my one year old as comfortable as possible with a stranger in the home fixing our heat! Heat was back up and running within half an hour. We appreciated him so much in this cold!!!! He will be my first call in the future!
