Lane was our service tech this year for our annual system check. He was not only polite and personable but also very knowledgeable and straightforward in his approach. He took the time to explain the issues with our AC system clearly and provided me with several options for repair. His expertise was evident, and he efficiently resolved the problem. We had a great experience with Aire Serve! Our A/C went out in the middle of the night on the hottest day of the year. I spoke with Heidi who was able to get an appointment for us the following day, but said that if there were any cancellations they would let us know. Well, within an hour, there was a cancellation and Heidi said a tech could be at our home immediately! Lane showed up shortly after, identified our issue and had it fixed within the hour! Great customer service all around! We have never used Aire serve before, but based on other reviews we decided to give it a chance. So glad we did!!

Aire Serv was the first to act during our time of need. My wife was 29 weeks pregnant and in the hospital while our AC went out. Tim and the team got me in got a consultation same day.

They did a thorough review of our needs and provided me with plenty of options to choose from. Once we agreed on next steps they were able to complete the job only 3 business days later.

Travis and his team good the job done in a day, and were very friendly and professional.

We're so thankful for this experience and appreciate everything they have done for us.

Great customer service. Lane, who is our new tech, was great. He was friendly with my dog. He even offered to assist me with some household chores because I just had surgery and couldn't do much. He was willing to work with us on our services that we were needing. Customer service is important to me and this company delivers in that area! Thank you Lane for your great and friendly service. Paco (our dog) will be expecting more sunflower seeds.

Update June 2024: We had our second big service with this company. They have come out and cleaned out air ducts. Lawrence and Cole (I think) did an awesome job. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing. They showed me pictures of what the ducts looked like before and after. At one point I happened to be by one of the ducts there were cleaning. I was shocked by what they pulled out of there. No thanks to my child when they were young and thought the vents were trash cans. Thank you so much to your team and crew back at the office. They are great with customer service.

Great techs and everyone we spoke to was so kind! AC was out so Jordan, John, and Ethan helped us out in finding a unit to replace ours, which had been discontinued for 2 years. I have used Aire-Serv for over five years, so when I recently moved into a smaller condo, I called them for regular maintenance service on my heating/air-conditioning system. Today, my service professional, Lane, was here to inspect the system which is now 18 years old and took the time to educate me on the functions and issues that could develop over time.
