Peters Heating and AC did an excellent job in detecting a crack in the heat exchanger on my old furnace and replacing it with a new Carrier furnace. Greg and Abbie, the installers were on time, completed the installation in a timely manner, were very courteous and answered any questions I had. Eric did a great job on his Fall checkup of my heating system earlier and Steve is great to work with in presenting me with options for a new furnace. I highly recommend Peters for all of your heating and AC needs.

I recommend Peters to friends and family!
We have used several HVAC companies in the past on our old system. Peters was by far the easiest to work.
We scheduled a service tech to come out and confirm that we needed a new AC system. The service tech was able to confirm our old R22 freon system was beyond repair as we were expecting. He was able to take photos/measurements of the existing system on his initial visit. Steve in the sales department got me a quote in the next couple of days, we pulled the trigger and scheduled an install date. Curtis showed up on time as, was very informative, and was in and out in two days. The dogs did not even know they were there.

I had a leak in my unit and contacted Peters Heating & Air Conditioning. The tech was great. He arrived within few hours from my phone call. After performing diagnostics he explained what has to be done and I made an appointment for installation the next day. He then repair my furnace and very happy with the furnace repair service.

After 8 days of no service or communication from the installer of our new Amana heating and cooling unit and faced with the house being down to 60 and outside temperature to tip into the 30's I decided to seek help from Peters heating and air!
I called them at 3:45 on Friday evening. Brian was at our home by 4:40 and unfortunately it took him until after 6 to track down the wiring mistake the installer made and get our furnace to run. He was determined, cheerful and totally knowledgeable. We are their (Peters heating and air) customer for life. Amazing service! It was not their mistake or responsibility but they came immediately anyway. Top notch service! I won't publicly bash the installer but if you know me I am happy to tell you who should never have your business.
