Bob and Rico were able to identify the source of water leaking through our basement ceiling, and they solved the problem quickly and efficiently. They did an excellent job of explaining everything throughout the process, and they were extremely polite and friendly!

Watch out for the fake, hometown friendliness they will initially lay on thick. Pros: They showed up the day I needed them. Cons: They then proceeded to do work I never authorized at an outrageous price, followed by rude customer service when I called in to talk about it (the woman who answered the phone, who I think was Brian's wife, argued with me and claimed that I had signed before the work was started--until I pointed out that I had not). Maybe Brian is a great and honest plumber, but the company isn't. Avoid at all cost. I've used multiple plumbing companies in Columbia over twenty years and every single one did better work at a lower cost, and I didn't have to be insulted in the process. My mistake to think anyone was as good and honest and fair-priced as JB Plumbing.

I was met this morning with 40 gallons of hot water heater water flowing onto my basement floor. Bob came and replaced my water heater as well as water pipes that had been previously installed incorrectly. Bob is an expert in all plumbing matters. He discussed all details with me. And, the basement was left clean. I highly recommend Brian Wear Plumbing! Thanks again Bob!

This was the first time that I have used Brian Wear Plumbing. BJ and Josh were professional and efficient in making the necessary repairs on my toilet and faucet handle. The office staff person I called to set up the appointment was also professional and personable. The charge was reasonable as well. If I have further plumbing problems, I will definitely call Brian Wear Plumbing again.

Absolutely the most skilled and professional service I have ever received from any in-home maintenance provider.
Brad was top notch -answering my endless stream of questions. It was clear that he had extensive knowledge and experience in the plumbing field. Even when they kept running into obstacles clearing the main drain, they became creative with trying to solve the problem which saved me from needing more extensive and costly work done.
I’ve had Roto Rooter out several times to fix clogged pipes and they were not as thorough and detailed orient as Brian Wear. Very glad that I found them.

This company is absolutely fantastic. They were able to show up within an hour of my call. They were very detailed in assessing the problem with my water heater and explained every option to solve the issue. We decided to purchase a new water heater instead of throwing money at the old one. They immediately had a new water heater delivered from the shop and installed the new one very efficiently and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend this plumbing company and Bob and Darrell were so kind and polite and extremely knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars. Very happy customer here! Thank you
