I highly recommend this company for all HVAC service. The owner came to my house and did a great job doing a total check up of our AC. He didn’t try to sell me a thing but had great recommendations. When we do need service next this company is who I’ll call.

This service call with Air Excellence, was one that was most educational. The service man, Brad, was great! He was so thorough. He educated us on our furnace that No other company had ever taken the time to explain. Brad gave us information on the importance of the color of our furnace flame, the filters and etc. Brad even took a call from us after he had all ready left because my husband and I had an additional question. We had a really poor experience with a vendor referred by our home warranty. After several issues we were put in contact with air excellence.

From the first contact with Bette on the phone we were impressed with their customer service and communication.

Their technicians who bit diagnosed the problem and installed a new air conditioning unit and furnace did a great job. We were treated incredibly fair and they took care of everything from the permits, through showing us some of he details of the machine.

Would use them again and highly recommend them.

Air Excellence was great to work with. After dealing with a terrible company, Air Excellence really turned our situation around for us. They were out to our house the same day they got our claim from the home warranty company. The technician, Brad, was punctual and friendly. He took pictures of everything and explained to me what he was looking at along the way. Bette was extremely nice and helpful with getting our appointments booked and finalizing our information. Mike was the technician that installed our new furnace and he was awesome as well. He went above and beyond by also fixing our air ducts for no additional charge on a Friday night when I’m sure he wanted to get home. Everyone was very willing to answer any questions and work with our schedules. Great work and great customer service. Couldn’t be happier!!

I had an excellent experience with Air Excellence. They were able to respond to my need in a very timely manner- in fact same day. The person who came was very familiar with our heating and cooling unit, and was able to resolve the problem within about an hour. He was very friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to call them again, in fact I will before the cooling season begins, to have the air conditioning checked. I will request them to our warrenty service, to do the work for us. I recommend them highly.
