Cheap prices, and cheaper service.
Very good prices, but none of the equipment is maintained properly. A cheap rental on broken equipment isn't a good deal. Years ago it was a decent shop but it's best to stay far away now.

I've rented multiple times and had one issue which they fixed. They tell you upfront the highlights of what you just signed a contract for, and I've always found it in good faith. It's all common sense, pun whatever, but they literally tell you what to do to avoid any problems.

Usually this is the cheapest, and the best place to rent from within 100 mi radius! But today before I even pulled out of the parking lot I was accused of breaking the pigtail that runs the trailer lights. Although I did not break it they accused me of it, and tried to charge me $20 to fix the problem on their equipment! I was so mad I could not see straight as I waited for an hour and 45 minutes for them to fix it, as they serviced other people while I wait! Normally this place has awesome service! Except for today!

I have had numerous rentals with this company and would like to leave a 6 star review. Bonus star for all the help this company has given. I had a contractor steal $50k from me and now I'm left to tackle this project on my own. They have the best rates I could find, the owners are there every day working hard and has always returned my calls promptly. If there was an issue with the equipment, I would get a phone call to be walked thru the process of fixing it (track repair) or a mechanic would be on site within an hour to get me going again even if the business was closed. 24/7 they have returned my calls. I had a bad day yesterday (I think it's my 8th rental) and got little to no work done. I had rented 2 machines and maybe only put an hour of use on one of them. Common Cents assisted in giving me another 1/2 day (they offered a full but I only needed 1/2 to make up for a loss) Wow! I really needed this break! The equipment is always clean and functions well when I take them.
In summary: take care of their equipment, do a good job cleaning which you agree to when renting and they will take care of you. I see no reason to go to a large chain renter just to be a number when you can go here and actually feel like a customer.
