Our technician Luke fixed our emergency problem in no time. We are so thankful he was able to help on the 4th of July! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the process and long term repairs we will eventually need in a way we could understand. We are very pleased with this service.

Next-day service, excellent explanations by Dylan that his quick fix might be temporary and a new sump pump motor might be needed. He offered to return if needed. It was. He came promptly again with a new motor which he installed quickly and efficiently. I don't know the going rate for such service, but it was worth a lot to me to have such prompt, polite service.

I have used Mr. Rooter on 2 separate occasions and have found them very professional, very quick on their service where they go above and beyond to get to you quickly. They are very reasonably priced and very thorough in their service. Not only that but they try to assign the same technician if you need them more than once. My technician Eric is very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of the situation. I have many maturing trees on my property so mine is a bit if an ongoing issue. They have set me up on a service plan now so can be proactive instead of reactive with my property. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Do yourself a favor and give them a call before you decide on any other company.

Mr. Rooter of St. Louis is very professional and courteous. They sent "Nick" to see if he could resolve my plumbing problem. He was great to work with and he was on time and ready for action, so he had the job done in just a few minutes. They are honest and upfront and show the customer what the job will cost before doing anything.

The service was great! Eric, my drain tech, was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained my options and was careful to make sure I understood the terms and conditions. I thought The price was a bit steep, but of course, you have to pay for convenience.

Great experience, made an appointment 3 days out because of our work schedules and tech was there within 3 min if the set time. Fast, efficient, friendly and very professional explaining what he was doing. It was a much better experience than I ever hoped it would be, and household emergencies stress me out so this was great.

Had a plumbing emergency and they were able to come out on a Sunday. Two plumbers came in an easily identifiable work van. They also had on professional company shirts and hats. They called when on their way, introduced themselves, put booties over their shoes and went to work assessing the job immediately after I showed them the leaking shut off valve. We tried our best to stop the leak the night before using anything and everything we had on hand. The guys didn't even complain about what we had done as the temporary fix and it wasn't pretty. I hardly even knew they were even here because they were so quiet and even when things didn't go as planned as few projects in100 year old homes go they were cool, calm and collected, not to mention well mannered. They kept me up to date as they went along, as well as, provider me a price before they went to work. They solved every issue that I had plus the few that popped up along the way. Thank you so much for a job well done and for sending professionals to do the job, they are hard to come by. I highly recommend this company and appreciate the availability of service on a Sunday!

Overall

The technicians were great but the communication from the office was not adequate or accurate. You aren't given a cell number for your project manager so there is a bit of disconnect. I prefer smaller companies where I can call the owners or project managers to discuss precise timing and project details. They don't make communication effective for the customer but I was impressed with 5/6 of the technicians. They were competent , considerate and professional. The company just needs to figure out how to have a call center while also letting customers reach project managers directly and allow technicians to call customers with their ETA. More consideration for the customer's time would go a long way, since they have a lot of strengths in other areas.

Brandon is a patient, thorough, honest, trustworthy, reliable, attentive, thoughtful and caring man of integrity.

He honestly and truly cares about his client and NOT the money. The hours he spent at my home, Brandon went over and above the Call of Duty.?

As hard and patient as he worked to rectify my plumming issues but to no avail, I will always refer him and his services (Reliable) to any and everyone who is in my present situation.

I trust and hand hope that everyone in your company shows the same integrity to every customer as Brandon has shown to me. Personally, I feel that Brandon earned every sent of the $592.00 he charged me.? On that note, must I add and I want you to know that Brandon is the BEST CONTRACTOR I have ever known.?
