Requested a bid/proposal. They said it would cost me $250 and I would receive bid with the information on the price. When they came out to measure I asked when I would get a copy of the results. The lady who measured it said, "No! You will not receive my results." I was taken back saying, why not I paid $250 for it. She continued with her disrespectful attitude, saying the form says it's the property of Fantsy Pools and I'm paying for her to measure. I said, "you mean the form you aren't going to give me?" She said she would email me later with the bid. $250 for
maybe 1/2 hour of measuring. After she left, she left behind her tape measure and other equipment. They asked me to put it in the front porch. I responded that I'm not home and cannot accommodate their request that day. So they trespassed on my property to get their items when I wasn't home. Never gave permission to come back. I am still waiting on the bid/proposal for the price.

Rude rude rude, I've been going there for four years, hate it every time. Thank goodness for Home Depot and Buccheits for selling pool supplies so I don't have to deal with these people ever again. Their products suck and if you complain they basically tell you you're stupid and don't know what you're doing. I do know, I've been a pool owner for 40 years. Anyway avoid this place if you can. I agree with lady that said there should be negative stars for the reviews.

In store the employees are usually helpful. But I called this morning and spoke to a lady about some questions about my above ground pool they installed 3 years ago that is leaking. She was very rude and just wanted to rush me off the phone and did not want to help me. She said the leak was essentially not their problem and that I should just patch it myself. I’m new to having a pool and want to pay a pro to do it for me. I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for my future pool needs even though this place is close to my house

I can’t say enough about Bonnie and the staff at fantasy pools. I went to another pool place because my pool water was green and they kept selling me chemicals after chemicals after chemicals and nothing was making it better. I walked in to fantasy pools on Tuesday and Bonnie immediately knew what the problem was when she saw the chemical reports and told me my alkalinity was zero and my pH was too low. Give me the chemicals I needed within 48 hours by pool is clear. These are the photos. The first one being with my water looks like after the other pool place sold me $300 worth of chemicals. Bonnie diagnosed it was something called PH Green the second picture is 24 hours later and the third picture is 48 hours later.

The guys who installed were very quick, professional, and clean! I could not be happier with the service I received from this company. So friendly and helpful.
