Ted was great for having our AC serviced. He cleaned all our coils, charged the Freon and made sure the hose that drains water was not clogged. He was very friendly and very informative. He also does not try to charge you for anything extra or make a problem that doesn't exist like a lot of these big name companies. His pricing was very fair and reasonable! We will definitely be using him from now on!

I reached out to Ted due to his A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I needed service due to the fact that my AC wouldn't work. I had to leave him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. He informed me that he can be by the same day to take a look at it. He reached out to me again and let me know that he would be at my house in about 10 minutes. That was appreciated. Upon arrival he began his diagnoses and got right to the issue, he replaced the component that had failed and had the air conditioner running in no time. He preceded to check out the entire cooling system and did so with good conversation and in a professional manor. There was no attempt to up sale un needed parts and I was happy with the final service bill. I will be calling Ted's Heating and Cooling the next time I need service for sure. Highly recommended!!

Ted is hands down the best at HVAC. He has never tried to sell me something unnecessary and has always been able to fix whatever the problem may be with my unit. It's OLD, but he consistently will try to fix it before even thinking about replacing it. He's always friendly and has had to come to my house after hours or weekends every time and he has never seemed put off by having to come out on his time off, in the pouring rain and even during a massive snow storm.
