I had a repair that was bigger than expected.I had 2 Technicians both names were Chris.both were very informative about the process that was needed an ensured me that they would get me up an running also took extra time to answer any questions I had. Also did a great job cleaning up work area. Highly recommended service was awesome!

Quick same-day service. Our tech, Londarrick, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our issue quickly and walked me through the process and everything he saw. Would recommend to any friend and/or family who was having plumbing issues.

Our master bath toilet had a small water leak at the base. Made appointment online for the next day @12-2 pm. Around 11:30 field supervisor Brad Turner came to look at our problem. He said it wasn't that bad and his repair man would be there soon. At 12 Lon called and said he'd be there in 30 minutes. In 15 minutes he was there. He had to remove the toilet and replace the wax ring seal. He was very nice and explained everything that he did. This is not the frist time we have used Rotor Rooter and it won't be the last. Very satisfied.

Brandon arrived in a timely matter and was very friendly. I have a 65 year old kitchen drain that was completely blocked. He worked very diligently and put more effort into clearing the blockage than I expected. Awesome job! Would highly recommend.

My experience with Roto-Rooter was great! While I did not get great news about my original issue, they were all very knowledgeable, patient, and kind in their delivery of how to proceed. My tech was LonDarrick, he was great and very easy to work with. Drew then came out and was so nice and helpful in the next steps. Stephanie was also super friendly and helpful in helping me understand what exactly was happening and how to fix it. I was a little nervous going with a “bigger”company, but I am glad I did. I’m looking forward to working with them in the future.

Only giving a 5 star review due to our technician Lucas. He was professional and efficient.

We called to follow up after waiting the initial projected time for someone to arrive to our home. We were proceeded to be hung up on by dispatch after inquiring about an updated timeline. We had no issue waiting, as we understood we are further out. If I had not already waited and had an opportunity to speak, we would have canceled our service.
