Our window installer Andy Smith worked fast and precise. He was on time and we had virtually no time with our cool air leaking out of the house. We would recommend him for installs.

Window World was absolutely amazing to work with. When I first called for an estimate, Dion came to give me a quote. He explained about the windows, the warranty and the company very well. He did not hound me while I received other bids. After multiple other companies came to give bids (and hound me after), and after careful research, I chose window world.

Installation day was a breeze! Chet was the lead installer, and he was awesome!
He was courteous, verified the windows were correct and the access point to the house, ensuring my pets were secured, went to work. About halfway through, he updated me with the progress and let me know about how much longer it would be.

I was handling this on my own, but I felt very safe and at ease, sure that Chet had everything under control (which was not the case for the other tradesmen that I’ve had doing work to y home recently).

The quality of the windows is fantastic! They look so nice, and open and close so smoothly. I’m already noticing that the rooms on the back of the house are cooler during the evening sun. I know that any new window should, but for the money, these exceed my expectations! Only good things to say about the windows and the people at Window World

I can’t say enough great things about my excellent experience with Window World. From Sung the salesman coming out and measuring.and then calling me on a Saturday saying he can save me money. The install team Dalton and Chino were very professional and did an amazing job. They were really nice guys and did a real nice clean up job. I received a follow up call from Ryan. I called back and spoke to Rob Rob was also amazing. I highly recommend this Glass company. They are all about customer service and doing an excellent job. Service had been great when installing a new door in my previous home and siding on my new home. Recently found issues with the caulking cracking in a few areas, which is not the hugest issue but the caulking is color-matched to my siding. At first, I was told it would not be possible for me to get said caulking. While there may have been a misunderstanding at first a representative of the company followed up and ensured that I would be receiving it in what I agree is a reasonable time frame. The follow-up and clarification on the situation are greatly appreciated and align with the great service I have received in the past.

We had almost all of our windows replaced through Window World. Jack was the sales person assigned to us. He did a phenomenal job of listening to our needs and explaining the offerings. He was very transparent with the pricing for every aspect of the job, including if something were to be uncovered during installation. The order to install was around 4 weeks. Casey was the crew leader for the installation. His team worked like Factory line and completed the replacement of 17 windows in about 6-7 hours. The windows quality were really good and the job was flawless. I cannot stop praising them for an exceptional experience. I will highly recommend Window World of KC.

The windows are beautiful and install was perfect. However, they left a mess inside my home, caulking was all over, left nails in a brand new stainless steel sink that were rusted and it left rust marks, dropped metal in our garbage disposal that we did not find until it was turned on!

Window world did an amazing job. They were efficient and affordable. Chaz hooked us up with a quote (he was so kind to our nervous dog) and he explained honestly which windows in our home didn’t need replacing, so we could prioritize our budget on the windows that were leaking air.

Mike and Mike did a great installation job and removed the old windows and installed the new ones in less than two hours. They were kind and communicative. I will definitely call window world to replace our next set of windows in a few months!
