Overall

We had a pinhole leak at the meter pit.
Pros: company came when called, did the job quickly.
Cons: very expensive, charged us $750, $375 for leak detection, which was at the meter so nothing had to be dug up, rest was labor, which was about an hour according to the video on our ring camera. We should have gotten a few quotes since our issue wasn't anything major but we would have never guessed it to cost this much. I will say if you have a major plumbing problem this company will show up though and I know that can be a problem here at the lake.

They responded quickly to our call. They arrived on time and ready to fix the problem. The employees that I spoke to on the phone were kind and easy to work with. The gentleman that came to make the repair under our kitchen sink was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to fix the problem by installing a garbage disposal as well as all the piping under the sink in order to stop the leak.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services at the lake. I will use them again when issues arise.

Overall

Matt diagnosed one of my sewer lines had severed, and by using their camera, was able to locate its position. The following day, they came out with a mini-excavator and solved the problems. The bill was quite reasonable. They were a joy to work with.

We've used Central Missouri Plumbing many times over the years for major water leaks, gate valve issues, and much more at Timberlake Estates and both condo associations.
I have used them personally in my home. Their service people are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, etc. I'd recommend them to anyone for service, you won't be disappointed!

Everything about our experience with this service was first rate! They were courteous, professional, and timely. Our issue was assessed within minutes of call, and repair completed that day as soon as all other services had flagged their lines in the work area. They cleaned area extremely well after work and their fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Had a backed up laundry room drain (had happened a couple of times in the past). This time, the water did not go down. This was the Friday after Thanksgiving. Called to schedule an appointment and were scheduled for Monday morning sometime. It got worse, so we decided that we did not want to wait the extra couple of days so paid the $100 for the emergency and they were out before 1pm to fix it. The tech was knowledgeable and efficient. I had been told about the $200 cost for the toilet removal and replacement if they needed a larger line so had already had the toilet off to avoid that charge. Took about 15 minutes to get the drain augered out and and cleared. Gave some suggestions for future action, cleaned up and left. We have had great service from Karolyn, Tina, and Michael over the past couple of years, we would not think of calling someone else.

Amazing service! Robert came with sonar equipment & found the leak in our water line immediately! His excavation team then came to dig (carefully), & repair it. Every winter the water from the leak would freeze over our driveway & cause a terrible hazard. Thank you Central Mo All Service Plumbing! Our plumber for life, & my family & friends!

My water heater died on the Friday after Thanksgiving. They were closed, but had a dispatcher on call. He got me scheduled for Monday afternoon. The installation went smoothly. The technician made sure everything was working, no leaks, and made sure I had hot water before he left. Both the dispatcher and technician were friendly, very courteous, listened to what I needed, and answered all of my questions. Great experience. I will definitely use them again.
