Just on first impressions and the professionalism of the estimate, Jody really impressed us. She was on time and painstakingly went over all the products of and set up of our bathroom remodel. She answered every question and showed us samples. It was really important to see examples of their work and that the company had been in business for 52 years so they could be trusted. That they have a lifetime warranty from a company you know will be around if it is needed was huge for us. I would highly recommend Bath Planet and Jody :)

Our tech T.J. was timely and courteous. He took special care of our home, especially with our floors and walls. Installation of shower is beautiful, just like we ordered from Bath Planet. Tile floor was carefully and professionally installed. Only issue we had was reinstallation of toilet onto our concrete floor. However, the other tech rectified the situation. Overall it was a pleasant experience with the desired outcome.

I would like to provide feedback on Bath Planet in Lee's Summit MO. I bought a soaking tub, walls, and shower . They did all the work in 2 days, cleaned up all the mess and and fixed a leak I had in the wall ( one of the reasons I wanted to replace old tub with tiles that tended to mold). The system is really nice and super easy to clean. I just use Fantastic or Scrubbing Bubbles and it is clean. NO scrubbing! Yesterday morning at 2 am with no none around, my shower rod fell and broke . We stopped by the office and Brian came by today and installed a new rod. They stand by their work! Did not charge us a dime . Brian installed it and showed my husband how the clamp works if any future adjustment needs to be made. They did not have a replacement rod on hand and they drove to Independence MO to pick up a new one for us. I don't know about you, but I want a business that stands by their work and not walk away once they have your money. I am very happy with Bath Planet. I recommend you talk to them if you are thinking of a new shower or tub. I absolutely love my new soaking tub. My husband loves the shower. He is really tall and our old shower he had to do the limbo rock to get under it. They put the shower in high enough he can take a nice shower without having to hit his head . Check them out. They stand by their product which means a lot ! Thanks guys.

Do not get sucked into this scam. They are sent out by home depot if you're looking to remodel in the bathroom. The salesperson makes you feel as though it's a quick easy process where they are going to provide all the work and you just buy their supplies. They installed a tub I never ordered, then when I told the "project manager" it was wrong he asked me what I wanted him to do about it...umm put in the one we ordered on the contract. They put in my brand new vanity and put a hole in it, jacked up the ceiling and walls and didn't fix it, made a hole in the floor removing the old tub and the tub we didn't order and didn't fix it...the project manager just said those are things they couldn't fix even though they created the problem. He eventually got me a new vanity which is scuffed up. Just hire a general contractor, they may sell this on it being easy, quick, and good quality. It is none of those things, do not waste your money!
