Grace Hauling is the best !! Drivers are friendly and office staff as well. Been with you guys almost since the beginning and won't go anywhere else. Great service /great price too. You guys are the best !! Thanks for great service. Grace Hauling is #1 in my book.

Horrible and extremely rude customer service. Even the manager was rude and did not try to resolve a 5 dollar billing issue that they caused. “Look at my other reviews. They are all great reviews”. I’m pretty easy to please. This place acts like they are doing you a favor. I cancelled my service over 5 dollars billing because due they caused and they could care less. They could care less about your business. I wish I could talk to the owner. They would not let me talk to the owner. They could care less.

Terrible customer service. I mailed my payment on 7/15/24 (and have proof it was sent that day) but they didn’t process my payment until 08/12/24 and charged me a late fee. Both the customer service rep and manager were rude and just continuously blamed the postal service and kept saying their policy was to process checks the same day so it must have been late. lt wasn’t until I talked to a manager that they waived the late fee (which you can only do one time apparently even though I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and have never had a late fee).

Starting to feel like since they are contracted, they don’t need to have customer service. It’s disappointing to see as I had good experiences with them before. I look forward to hopefully the city changing to a new service who may be more customer focused.

Website unclear on lawn bags. Website states as long as lawn bags are stored properly they are to be picked up on trash days. Apparently they don't pick up lawn bags within a 10 mile radius of my house the said. As if I don't live in Wright city. As well as one of the ignorant trash truck drivers instead instead of saying we don't pick up lawn bags decided to hop out of the trash truck and break one of the bags all over my driveway causing a huge mess for my to clean. As well as breaking the lid to my trash can. I called to get a replacement trash can and had someone come out to my house and place a piece on the trash can but the wheels continue to fall off as well as the lid.
? Just as lazy as you would expect they would become with the weather warming up.
