Had a broken sump pump on July 4th, as I discovered at 1:30pm that my basement was flooded. Called Epic around 2:30pm and spoke to Jesse who got John to come out within an hour of our call! John was super professional and did great work, wrapping it up in less than an hour. I would highly recommend John and Epic, and will definitely use them in the future!

Epic Plumbing was amazing. I called with a need for an outside faucet repair. They were quick to respond, quick to get me on the schedule, and they repaired my outside faucet immediately.

I had a wonderful experience with Epic. I got a total of 3 bids for a sewer line replacement. Epic by far was the most reasonably priced; half the price of the other 2 companies. They were very open about the process/cost and answered all questions. It was easy to get it scheduled and I thought they did a fabulous job. The team was professional, but also friendly. Cost was the same quote they initially gave, no price increase. I plan to use this company again for other plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Called on Sunday afternoon about my hot water heater. The owner, Jesse, answered. After I explained the problem he gave me his advice, that I needed to have an electrician come check the breaker and then go from there. The next day the electrician was here at 7:39 am after determining the breaker was good I called Epic and they then had a plumber here by 2:00. The young man, Harley, assessed the situation and advised us of the options. He was very forthright, helpful and honest. Throughout the entire process everyone at Epic was extremely helpful.

I had a waterline break between the water-meter and the house in my field. I called Epic to see if I could get worked into their schedule. In no time I had an appointment setup. Mike (one of their technicians) came out with an excavator, exposed the waterline, and made repairs. He was very professional and experienced. Epic did a great job! Highly recommend them!

Needed some help on the weekend because we had to shut our water off because we accidentally cut a water line during a bathroom renovation. Was quick, prompt, polite and got us fixed up so we could turn the water back on without water spraying everywhere.

Every time I call Epic, they are always willing to go the extra mile to help us out! Whether it for a quick repair or bigger project. It seems it's never ending when you live in a 1950's house. Glad we have a company we trust! Thanks Epic!

Jesse came out the morning after I called for a quote. Talked me through all the options. We ended up going with 2 parallel tanks over a tankless. They were out the next day installing.

A week or so later I was smelling a small gas leak. They had somebody come out Sunday to make sure it was alright and Monday morning to rebuild the leaking connection. They also moved the old lines back further on request since I didn't like where they were capped off.

Definitely a decent company to do business with since they back up their work.
