Sign in the window "Closed till January 4th. It's New Years Eve day and I've got a 4 man crew waiting on new chains for Stihl saws. THANK GOD they were tending to the concrete plant!! They UNLOCKED the store and sold me the chains I needed for cash!! They even put one chain on the saw to make sure it fit!! FIND THAT SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE!!! THANK YOU ALLRIGHT!!! You really went the extra mile. You should be proud!

They are one of few places that carry Kerosene in the Raytown / KC Metro area. I was advised they ran out and the lady said they may not even carry Kerosene any longer. I'm giving a 5 star in hoping they don't do this.

it's better to be one of the select few suppliers that carry kerosene than the many that won't, why be one of those people too?

If you would advertise in your Google business listening where it shows reviews, your business times, phone number ect. That you also sold Kerosene it would make it easy for people to find you and come to you.

Been doing business with Alright for over 15 years. Dropped a chainsaw for simple service chain sharpened ect. They told me it will be ready in 2 weeks. It's been 3 1/2 weeks and they haven't even called to give me an update. So I called today and they told me they haven't even touched it. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude said i haven't gave them a chance I gave them a month that was your chance! Obviously this place has fallen down hill and as much as it pains me to say I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. They are no longer dependable, friendly or even care about there customer service I highly suggest you not to make the same mistake
