I have four dogs and live in an area where there are lots of places they could run off and get lost. It has been exhausting keeping track of them all. I called several companies but Built Right Fence was the first that made feel they sympathized with my situation. I was beyond ready for a fence and after speaking with the owner, John, it felt right to have them build it. John came out and walked the property with my wife and I and gave us a couple of options. My wife can be.... needy. I love her for it. John answered all of her questions and concerns like a pro. We were sold! The crew came out and started drilling holes for the posts but quickly hit a snag. Our main waterline was hit in two spots. Our pvc lines were ran without a tracer line so the person who marks for buried utilities was not able to see it. These things happen. What matters is how Built Right fixed it. John called his brother and we worked together to have our waterline repaired that day. It saved me and the crew time and money. Such great guys! When the crew and John came out to finish the fence a couple of days later after the concrete set, John was not happy with how a few of the poles were set. He wanted to reset them and make them perfect. It did delay the completion of the fence by a week due to weather (freakin snow in April!!), but I was beyond thankful that he took the time to redo what he felt was a mistake and made it right. The fence is now done and I couldn't be more pleased. A tremendous amount of my stress is now gone. And the fence looks wonderful! The crew was friendly, hard working and professional. I would highly recommend John and the Built Right Fence crew any day. Thank you guys!
