Once again we called upon Autumn Exteriors for new siding. This the third house we've had work done by Don Cole and his company. One house in Harrison, Arkansas we had windows and the other house in Harrison we had windows and siding.

On each occasion the work was outstanding and each house looked so much better. We chose vertical siding on this house and it made the house really pop. The sidiing is insulated vinyl siding and we can really notice a difference it's made in our utility bills.

I highly recommend Autumn Exteriors for your siding and windows

Autumn Exteriors did a fantastic job residing our lake cabin. They did everything that they promised and a little extra! We had some issues with weather that delayed the complete install but the install team of Frankie and Ashley were very flexible and made sure that we were happy during the entire process. Would certainly use them in the future!

My husband and I found them on a google search from our nearby location. We walked in and were about to get turned away from the lady in the front office when a man approached us. He introduced himself as Don the owner. He talked with us for a while showing us his products and shared with us why certain materials are better than others.

Don informed us that he would personally come up to our house in Warsaw from Springfield (1hour and 20 minutes away) to give us a bid on windows and siding.

We found the price to be way out of our budget for siding and all the windows however we really wanted our large kitchen window. We decided to purchase our window from Don because we liked him and how he performed his business so far. Also because they were going to install the window for us and we didn't want to mess with the header for a 90" opening. ?
(Keep in mind we knew we were paying a higher price than if we ordered it from Lowes (since we already quoted the same window from them))

We had the window installed weeks ago, however, the header was done incorrectly. We've even had several contractors come in and mention that the header is not correct and our roof is compromised.

My husband and I contacted the company over the issue via phone calls, texts, and in person. We asked to have the header fixed by a different installation team. They hesitated greatly on sending a different team. All of this back and forth happening over several frustrating weeks and we notice that the roof had started to slightly sag in.

In the end, we came to an agreement with the owner of the company. My husband and I were able to re-install the header ourselves and they will honor the lifetime guarantee warranty for the window.

It’s a beautiful window for our kitchen.

LOVE our new siding!!!!! The installer's did a great job and we are very impressed with the finished results. We would highly recommend this company! Also I really appreciated how the installer's took the time to clean up each night before they left

They only thing that could of been better would of been the communication between us and the installer's, but that mainly is cause I am a worrier and knowing they had to drive 3 hours back home after working all day in the heat. I would get worried when they didn't show up the next day or two but was expecting them to be here, guess that's the mama in me :)

We needed some siding replaced on the backside of our home after removing a very dilapidated deck. The guys came out, matched our current siding perfectly. They worked quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Very friendly bunch to work with.
