If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It was such a good experience with P.A.C.E and with Logan when I worked with them to get my gas burner fixed. The communication was excellent, they were very attentive and thoughtful, Logan was extremely knowledgeable and good at what he is doing. I would definitely recommend them and come back to them if I have other appliances to fix in the future.

What an INCREDIBLE experience! Fridge/Freezer quit working. Searched for appliance repair and PACE popped up. Due to the exceptional reviews and mention of a family business, we decided to try them. Emailed on Friday, July 5th. Assumed we would hear back on Monday, but to our surprise, Kristine called us within an hour maybe, and the owner and his son came out today…(on a Saturday of a holiday weekend) and repaired it in less than 2 hours. We didn’t even ask for this urgency since have an extra fridge. AND…Kristine suggested we contact the manufacturer to see if they would cover the cost of the parts, even though we were past the warranty period. Lo and behold, the mfr covered the parts! Had Kristine not made this suggestion, we wouldn’t have bothered calling and would have paid much more for the repair. We are SO PLEASED, we will use and recommend PACE every time! (And on a side note, the owner’s son is a young man whose work ethic shines brightly with his hustle in and out of the house to get equipment, clean up, manners, etc. Be proud parents, job well done!)

I’m normally not one to post reviews but unfortunately I’m very disappointed in this company. They were supposed to arrive today between 9-10 AM to fix the hinge on the door of our dishwasher. No one showed up. We waited until 10:45 AM to call. The woman on the phone stated that she would contact the technician and call us back. She also for some reason stated that she had another customer on hold. She never called back, but she did send a text asking if the technician reached out. No one ever texted us. Very poor communication and they did not seem to care.

Logan was awesome. The hinges on our oven door had snapped locked when removed for cleaning. He could have easily said we just needed new locks… It certainly wasn’t an easy job but he didn’t give up and got them working and the door back on (and it will never come off again! lol).
Call this company for any of your appliance repairs… you won’t be disappointed!
Also.. Kristina in the office is wonderful at getting you scheduled and explaining the whole process of their visit.

My experience with P.A.C.E was great from start to finish! Christina set up the appointment and stayed in contact providing updates. My technician was Logan and he was amazing-always on time, so knowledge and helpful and even gave me tips on things with multiple appliances. It’s never fun dealing with an out of warranty refrigerator repair. The professionals at PACE made it a good experience though.
Clear, prompt and transparent communication by Kristina who scheduled appointments quickly and got approvals from LG for the part. Bobby was the first technician we worked with, he is also the owner. He logically explained the issue and made practical recommendations based on his experience dealing with similar issues. His expertise was immediately apparent. For the follow up appointment, Noah was our technician and smoothly replaced the fan module and got everything back up and working. They did not charge us labor for the follow up visit which I thought was a great customer service gesture.
Would happily recommend the professionals at PACE for refrigerator maintenance and repair.
