Banner Construction did a knockout job with replacing our old siding with James Hardie board-Boothbay Blue and we could not be happier. The owner, Sam, was with us every step of the way. They do things the right way and that is the key to a beautiful home. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are unmatched. We loved working with Sam and Paul and his crew from start to finish.

As hard as I tried, I couldn’t find a higher price, but let me tell you, Bill’s team was strong, strong, strong across the board. Change orders were required when rotted wood was discovered, and they had me by the short ones. But, voila, no additional charge despite added hours for repairs and gutter removal. New gutters provided (with guards) by there ace supplier … at cost. They even painted their nail holes. Clean up, perfect. Banner is a delight to work with. They fixed my cancerous siding and did a splendid job. Glory be to God, my Hardy Plank siding will now outlive me. Should have done this years ago. Highest recommendation. So happy. Already forgot the price, but I see the quality of their work every day. Go for Banner, and pray your job goes as smoothly as mine, lol.

Banner construction finished our patio project by installing James Hardie fiber cement siding on the foundation, and stone on the fireplace wall. Banner wasn’t the least expensive bid we received, but Sam Piwowarczk developed an impressive and professional proposal and presentation which justified the higher bid. We knew every step that would be taken in the process, what materials would be used, and a complete schedule which was lacking from other contractors. He even created a 3D model of what the wall would look like when completed. Sam coordinated seamlessly with other contractors (deck construction) to complete the job on a deadline we gave him. Then Paul from Banner brought the project home sealing and finishing the trim work and the siding. We now have a beautiful outdoor living space and HIGHLY recommend Banner for your home projects. We’re already planning future projects for the years ahead and Banner will be the only contractor we call.

Banner did a complete exterior refinish for us in Webster. The original part of our house was built in 1923 - they removed all the old siding, soffits, etc. and replaced all exterior surfaces with a combination of James Hardie siding and PVC where needed. I cannot say enough about the quality of the installation. The worksite was cleaned each day, the workers were friendly and considerate, and we could not be happier with the final outcome. Highly recommend Banner!

We are absolutely are thrilled with how our home update came out. Banner Construction / Sam Piwowarczyk met with us and understood we wanted to update the exterior of our house to align with our design tastes -- we removed the 30+ year old faded siding and replaced with James Hardie siding, stone, new facia and gutters -- updated the overall design to make it more current. It exceeded our expectations. From the stone masons to the Hardie board installers to the painters -- could not be more pleased with the overall experience and quality of the workmanship. We have been sharing our experience and recommendation of Banner with our neighbors and friends. Sharing some pix to show Before / After photos -- what a dramatic difference!! Thank you Banner/Sam!
