Overall

Rough Water Docks built our dock over 23 years ago, and it has held up very well. Over that time we've had very few issues, and whenever we do they are always quick to fix it. An example of this is that the chains on our waverunner lift broke recently. I sent a text to them today, and 3 hours later new chains were installed!!
I would recommend this company to anyone for their boat dock!!

We are absolutely in love with our dock addition!! We spend so much more time at the dock now that we have some additional shade & more room for seating. Jordon & his crew took great care of us!!

From the office to the shop and to the water. Jordan and his crews at Rough Water Dock are bar none. Constant communication, timely repairs, and quality work that no other dock company at the lake can touch. Anything that touches a dock or the water, Rough Water can get it done!!

Overall

Jordan and his crew are top notch! I went to 3 other dock builders before I made my way to rough water docks. I assumed they would be the most expensive being they are everywhere even on Lake TV. Boy, was I wrong! They were the most cost effective, completed what they start, and showed when they said they would. Starting with them would have saved some arguments and headaches. I use them going forward and you should too!
