I will never give TBN Electric any of my business ever again. I walked in and told them that I wanted direct bury wire. While they where getting my order ready, in casual conversation, I mentioned that even though it was direct bury wire, I was going to be putting it inside conduit for extra protection. So instead of giving me what I requested, they took it upon thier self to give me non direct bury wire since they knew now it was going inside conduit. Once I realized what they did, days later, I returned to exchange it for what I originally requested. At first he just plainly said " no, we don't do exchanges or returns". Well after I irratelly explained that today they were, he got pissy and said "I don't have enough direct bury to exchange"... That's fine you can just give me a refund... at that point he literally "tossed" a pen and note pad in front of me and said " no cash refunds so write down your name and address and I'll give you this return receipt and we'll mail you a refund check next week". Me: " I'm not leaving this wire here, walking out with a piece of paper, and waiting for some phantom check that MAY show up". So I got stuck with the 180' of wire. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!!!
