Horrible company…. Run!!! Cracked my windshield on I10 … Rocks flying from truck. Not interesting in helping unless I have recording. No warning signs at all on truck. Customer service is NONEXISTENT- I wouldn’t recommend doing business with a company like this, they are not concerned with truck 171 damaging windshields. BEWARE !!!!

Customer Satisfaction doesn’t matter to Coast Concrete!!!!! Hydraulic broke on the truck that delivered our concrete which busted all in our customers driveway and yard then the concrete (which was very watery as well) had to be wheelbarrowed to each place where it was needed which was an unexpected issue that we were not expecting I understand things happen but at least be willing to satisfy your customer when they call back for more concrete to be delivered nope Tina or the Manager I believe her name was Donya were not willing to waive the delivery fee or even be willing to discount our next load!! Which really isn’t asking a lot!! Poor Customer Satisfaction then got an attitude and stated that well most people have to load it with wheelbarrows anyway like I was the inconvenience and not them it’s fine when you plan to do it that way but when you don’t the inconvenience lies on your end Thanks for Nothing!!!

Call two weeks about damage to a gate post said they would get back with me Monday when the owner gets back Tuesday I called and said they will call me in a little while never get called now I called again on Monday now they’re trying to wiggle out of the problem blaming it on everybody else but themselves sounds just like what somebody said they will not pay to fix anything don’t recommend them to do business CW Fore operation

We had two truckloads of concrete delivered, first load was flawless, the driver did a great job. Second load, the driver was not paying attention to, or listening to, the crew that was working the pour. He actually pulled away with the concrete still pouring down the chute, piling it on newly paved road and blocking drainage. The team worked to clean it up as best they could, while the driver told me, “it is not my problem, I just dump it”. I could only respond, “you dumped it all right, right in the street, blocking drainage, and messing up new pavement that is only a week old”. The team working the pour did all they could to get it off of the street. The driver then pulled forward to clean his truck and dump where the team was still working the first pour, with no concern about messing that area up.
In addition to the mess, it appears that the second load did not have the calcium (or whatever they use) to make it set up, so it took a lot longer to finish it, the team was there for several more hours. The concrete project turned out great (thanks to the team) and you expect some mess with a project like this, but the mess in the street combined with the drivers attitude were simply not okay. Sadly, he didn’t even have the courtesy to say thank you to the the folks that cleaned up his mess. Simply NOT ok.
