Had an issue with my home lift station. Call A Royal Flush owner Darren and within a few hours it was fixed and a very reasonable price thanks to Matthew and Zack for the great service and quick response to my deliema 5 stars.

I was in a “plumbing emergency “ jam….I’ll spare you the details. Of course, it began on a late Friday afternoon. I called Royal Flush. They sent me a very nice man the very next morning (Saturday) and the best part was NO EXTRA WEEKEND CHARGES! Also, the repair work was done quickly and above standards!! Thanks Royal Flush!! Yall da greatest!!

I have never experienced customer service like this. Jerry Tucker was not only quick to return my call (way after hours) but he also educated me on the entire process of the possible needed repairs. He listened to my complaints and advised me accordingly. Thankfully his direction over the phone was enough to educate me and I was able to resolve the issue. But let me just say if I ever am in need of a plumber, “A Royal Flush” will be the only one I call, I suggest you do the same.

I've lived in apartments and rented for most of my life so when my water went out I had no idea what to do. I called a couple of plumbers, and A Royal Flush was the third one I called. After not having water for over a day, the man I spoke with (unfortunately I forgot his name) seemed concerned about getting my water turned back on that day. He told me he was busy, but he'd come out that day. Compared to the other two places that were going to charge $150 just to come out, the free estimate he gave was a godsend.
Him and his partner came out in a timely manner, had the issue fixed within 30 minutes, and charged less than what the other plumbers were charging just to come out. Apparently the main pipe had cracked, and that was what was why I was accidentally watering my neighbors yard.
They were extremely friendly and kind, and I got my water back! Thank you so much!!!!!

I have used A Royal Flush on several plumbing projects and they never fail to amaze me of the great quality work and professionalism they bring to the game. The prices are outstanding on top of that. Daylon, Mike and Wyatt were the techs on this last project rerouting a collapsed sewer line. I can’t stress enough of how professional and a great job they did. It’s a good feeling to know when it comes to my Plumbing problems they have my back.

I must say, that the transition to A Royal Flush was remarkably seamless and uncomplicated! Their response to our service calls has been impressively swift, and their consistent uniform attire helps both myself and the tenants easily identify their affiliation. Moreover, their courteous and professional demeanor stands out. Additionally, when there are aspects that I find challenging to comprehend about the work carried out or the tasks at hand, Daren consistently makes himself available to provide explanations via calls or texts!
