We replaced an inside/outside unit. Sam with Able AC did a fantastic job, all in one day. To get us back up and running...for a reasonable price! Great, quality work! He has been back for maintenance on our old unit. We trust him with all our repairs.

Able replaced my 25 year old heat pump with an efficient Rheem/Rudd 2 stage unit at a very reasonable price. The unit qualified for $2600 in tax credits and utility rebates which made it an economical option. The installer (Sam) was professional and gave attention when installing the unit. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and how it operates as well as configuring the unit for my home. He went above and beyond to not tear up my small closet when removing the old unit (he disassembled it and cut it into smaller pieces which would otherwise not have fit through the door). This is the kind of person you want installing a unit. It was refreshing to deal with someone who isn’t shady and took pride in doing the job right. That is becoming rare in our day.

Ac went out and was recommended to call Able Air conditioning and heat, made an appointment was so easy, timing was right on time and the up most perfection in service. Sam was very professional and fixed right the first time and even found a very small Freon leak while checking over the whole system. I highly recommend to call the best AC man on the coast.

Sam was great and very professional. When I spoke with him to make the appointment he replied back quickly by phone, text, and email. He also left a picture of himself to ensure it would be the person I spoke to and that would show up at my door. He gave me a time he would arrive and arrived exactly at that time. He laid down padding so he didn't mess up my floor. And as hot as it was he managed to be kind, smile, and whole a conversation. He did excellent work. Sam responded quickly to my request for a new AC system. My AC was still working, but was 15 yrs old and having some issues. I was a mechanical and electrical contractor before I retired so I had many questions for Sam. He answered all well and quickly found me a nice deal on a new system. Arrived a couple days later with 2 other techs and a new Ruud system. Removed old units and installed new ones the same day! Including moving outside unit to other side of house at my request and completing wiring relocation in attic. Very professional crew. Worked a long and hot day without complaint. My new system is super quiet inside and out. Highly recommend these guys.
