Tech wasn’t able to explain how to use and care for the equipment he installed. He said he would have the service manager call me. Service manager never called me back. I finally called him and he was extremely rude and didn’t want to come out to explain the product that we paid them to install. I will never use this over priced company again.
Techs need technical training and manager needs customer service training.

I have called twice and talked to someone that said that they would have someone call me to schedule what I needed. All I need is sand changed and a pump replaced. Both times I have been ignored. Never received a call back. I am going on two months now. Pitiful. If needed, I’ll post my call log.

I wrote that review shortly after we spent almost 20K to have our pool redone. I should have waited. In less than a year the liner failed and pulled away from the sides, the pipes had a leak and woud constantly flood and they broke the auto sweeper when servicing the pool.Matthew Blackmon would not repair the issues, refused to come back out and did not honor the warranty on the work done. He should not be in business!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Matthew and his crew at ASP are AMAZING!! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty more times than I can even count. The work done on my pool was efficient, quick and way beyond expectations. My pool is gorgeous!!!

I'm also retaining ASP to maintain my pool for me with complete confidence that it will be taken care of!!! Thank you Matthew & Brian and crew!!! All of you are wonderful!

Shelby Beech came to the house and diagnosed my swimming pool problem with ease. The minute he got out of his vehicle he already knew the problem from the get-go by listening to the pump noise. He was very helpful and explained what I needed to know and what to do to remedy the problem. He even showed me how to open and clean the cartridge filter. A very courteous young man, professional, and knows what he is doing. He is an asset to the company. Keep up the good work sir!
Another 5 stars for Paul who came to the house to repair and replace my timer and salt cell. He is very professional and knowledgeable. With Shelby and Paul working as a team, you can never go wrong. These guys are oozing with confidence. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done!

I burned up my pool pump and decided to have ASP replace both the pump and the old sand filter. I ordered a cartridge filter and a new pump. Paul came out to install the filter and pump. Not only did he do a great job, he went above and beyond by rerouting the plumbing to the pump that had been installed in a way that made moving around the pool house difficult to do without risk of tripping over and possibly breaking the pipes. He made it much better and very easy to move around. He even came back the day before Christmas when I noticed a small leak at the seal of the cartridge filter housing. He reseated it and showed me how to do it when the time comes to replace the cartridge. I am so much happier with my new filter and pump. It works so much better than the old sand filter. It really makes it easier for me to enjoy the pool, rather than being annoyed by it.
