Kaylie Carlson (Office Manager) from Blue Haven Pools in Madison, Mississippi has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish! From the moment we met her in the office, she has been the most responsive and helpful person we've EVER worked with. I had countless questions throughout the planning and building process, and Kaylie was always there with answers, making sure every detail was handled. She also was so patient with me. She truly went above and beyond for us, becoming like a member of our family. Kaylie is trustworthy, professional, and made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel simple, smooth, and even fun! Kelly Edlund (Project Manager) is an outstanding Project Manager at Blue Haven Pools who truly exemplifies excellence in her work. From start to finish, Kelly went above and beyond, particularly with the fine details at the end of the build. One specific challenge we faced was with the lights, and I witnessed Kelly take that challenge personally. She was determined to resolve it, and she did so with great success. Her pride in her work was evident as she started the system and took the time to teach me how to use it. Kelly's communication throughout the project was simply excellent. She kept me informed every step of the way, which is exactly what you want in a Project Manager, especially with such a significant investment as a pool. When I think about what I would want in a Project Manager, Kelly checks all the boxes. Her dedication, attention to detail, and professionalism made the entire process smooth and worry-free. We had a pool built in 2021 and started having pump and light issues last month. Joshua and Julia were both very professional and responsive in helping us. The pool is still under warranty and they made sure everything was fixed (which included new computer board) at no cost to us.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The project manager communicated very well with us on each step of the process, what the next step would be and when another crew would come out. We were up to date every step of the way. Everyone that we came in contact with was great, but David Carlson with warranty is amazing!! Easy to get in touch with, very responsive, great teacher for pool school, very patient with a new pool user like me, and will quickly resolve whatever problem you are having with your pool! We love love love our pool and we recommend Blue Haven to everyone who asks!

After 2 companies failed to follow up with us on building a pool, we found Blue Haven. The crew started the build on our pool very quickly after our initial meeting. Kale was there constantly checking on progress and answering any questions we had. Erin was wonderful in helping us get the look we wanted. Ron, project manager, was extremely helpful during the process. We couldn’t be happier with the final product.

Started last April 2020 researching building a pool and no luck. Got a call from my old friend Kale early 2021 and he got me fixed up. Ron came in not long after and took over project mgr duties and although new to the business he brought a positive attitude every time he was around and did all he could do to accommodate our needs. After doing a lot of research and reading we feel very blessed with our outcome. Thanks to the whole crew for making our process as smooth as possible.
