Derrek Palmer and his colleague came as promised. Both very polite/professional. They took our whole Samsung dryer apart to discover what was causing it to run roughly/noisily. It was a pleasure to see the men work with such care for each component. Eventually they discovered that a screw had shaken loose over the years of use and caused the problem. They did not actually have to replace any parts. Also very respectful:
both wore masks in our home without me even having to ask, and they cleaned up dust. Bottom line: outstanding service. Strongly recommend!!
